Mima's pastry shop is a hidden gem in Casablanca! The pastries are beautifully made and taste divine. I highly recommend trying their signature cakes.
After an oversight on their part or a modification of the card, the manager was very responsive and professional. She sent me their house specialty which is the spring roll and they were excellent. I also recommend their savory dishes which are great. However, I am still hungry for the foie gras on December 31st.
